Things that suck about moving:- um... everything
- having to tell my boss, whom I adore, that I'm leaving
- having to pack everything I own
- Having to sell my house with it's ample space, plantation shutters, gorgeous flagstone fireplace and pool
- Not yet having a place to live in Savannah
- Not yet having a job in Savannah (it's my husband mad aerospace skillz that have netted us the invitation to head there)
- Having to drive all the freaking way across the country
- There's no Del Taco in Savannah
- There's no Trader Joe's in Savannah
- There's no Las Vegas within driving distance of Savannah
- It could take a while for my hair to get used to the humidity
- It's going to be a GIHUGIC culture shock for me since I've always been a West Coast kind of chick
Things that don't suck about moving:
- In slightly more than a month, I'll be living in Savannah
- I'll get to see the country... at least the Southern part
- Sweet tea
- Cheap seafood
- It's a smaller town
- Southern hospitality
- Southern Comfort
- Change is good
- They have beaches there
- It's on the East Coast, thus the future
- I won't be in Phoenix any longer
- Only 2 and a half more weeks of work

YAY!!! I live in GA too.. but the NW part of the state. No beaches for me though.
