There's a whole market that Hallmark is missing out on

This news story is troubling on so many levels, partially because a 3 year old lost his arm in a pitbull attack, partially because there's stories like this EVERY FREAKING DAY not, but mostly because the father of the child who was attacked by his neighbor's dog was interviewed by the local news channel and was angry because the dog's owner "hasn't even sent a card".... um...

neighbor (in his local hallmark store): "Let's see, 'Happy Birthday', 'Happy Anniversary', 'New Baby', 'Good Luck'... Hmm, nothing for 'Sorry my dog ripped off your kid's arm'... I guess I'll just get this 'Good Luck' card and maybe some mylar balloons... or would flowers be better? Oh, maybe I should get something for the kid, I guess a Rubik's Cube is out..."
