procedural question
When you call a company and get one of those multiple choice menus (ie: "Press 1 for customer service, Press 2 for cheese selection, Press 3 for down comforter stain removal") do you -a) choose the first option that sounds remotely like what you need?
or
b) listen to all of the options before deciding on which one is best?
(I always do "b", but don't let that influence you - even if it's obviously the cooler option)
