Boys, don't read this one, you won't get it

Have you ever ruined a perfectly good good hair day? Today started out as a good hair day, my hair was soft, shiny, obedient, even (and this is big because I wake up at the mercy of my hair every day)- and what did I do? I got it into my head that I wanted to have feathered 70s hair today - seriously, wtf? So, I go from having decent, cute, swingy hair to looking like the dark haired girl from "Too Close for Comfort" (and the really sad part is that I've been told before that I kind of look like her)

In other news: I used the phrase "no duh" not once, but twice in one IM conversation - what am I, a 5th grader?

  • I get it and I'm a guy...and straight

Farah Fawset is still the only woman who ever pulled that look off.

  • I'm sure your hair looks cool. Feathered is a good thing. And, why haven't you written me? :)

  • I hate when I get an idea from hell in my head too...usually by the time I actually follow through on the idea...the fact that the idea was totally stupid in the first place fails to occur to me.

By the way, that dark haired girlie from Too Close for Comfort was a hottie...I'd take looking kinda like her as a compliment.

  • By "her", you don't mean Jim J. Bulloch, right?

Because, pleasepleaseplease don't look like "her" or else I'll NEVER be able to get Hollywood Squares out of my head.

  • Good Lord - if my hair reminded me of JM J Bullock, I would immediately grab a razor and go for the Sinead O'Connor look
