hey, guess where I'm moving

nowhere - that's where

my spouse has finally come to his senses and, cash will be tight for a while, but at least I don't have to pack my crap again and I can stay in the prettiest city evah - of course, in unpacking today, I am reminded of just how many articles of clothing I have, how many books I have, and the fact that this house has about half the storage space of the last house - oh well - now I can find my shoes and my grown up clothes and seek gainful employment (I may also want to adjust to this time zone and try to gain some sense of days - for future reference, if you're going to be unemployed for a month, head to Savannah, it's lovely)

this weekend, I'm supposed to be meeting my future sister-in-law - my brother will be working in St Simon and she's driving out from Atlanta to see him and to meet us - by all accounts, she's supposed to be a lovely girl, I'm just suspect of anyone who would willingly join this family (my brother is smart enough to keep her away from our mother until the day of the wedding.)

in other news, I'm totally, totally done with the book and have even sent it off to two people to read - next step is scamming an agent into liking me.
