little Thanksgiving cooking tip from me to you

If you decide to bake your effortlessly scrumptious chocolate truffle pie for your Thanksgiving dessert, make sure that when you take it out of the oven to cool, you don't set it down on the burner of your flat top stove that you forgot to turn off after making the cranberry sauce because it will burn.

Another note: if you're sitting in the living room, doing whatever you do on your laptop and you smell burning coming from the kitchen, you may want to go check on it before your still-cooking and-now-ruined effortlessly scrumptious chocolate truffle pie starts smoking and puffing up like a pan of Jiffy Pop.

I'm just suggesting, you know, not because anything like this has ever happened to me.
