i dare you to find a better show on network television than "desperate housewives"

seriously - i dare you

and that show that comes on right after it is pretty good, too - "boston public"? "boston legal"? "boston red sox"? "boston baked beans"? whatever, you know what show i'm talking about, the one with james spader and william shatner (seriously, the only way the cast could get better would be if erik estrada did a cameo as a judge or something)

  • Last night, TPO decided we would watch A Christmas Carol on TV while TIvo-ing Desperate Housewives. That's right. He bypassed our beloved for a singing, dancing, Kelsey Grammer. No wonder I couldn't fall asleep until 1AM.

  • what kind of a person even considers watching a musical version of "a christmas carol", let alone a musical version of "a christmas carol" starring kelsey grammer? - i think, aim, that maybe TPO is trying to get you to dump him so he doesn't have to buy you a christmas present - you should show him, though, buy the musical version of "a christmas carol" on DVD for him - starring kelsey grammer

  • can we split the difference and say that "arrested development" is the best half hour show and "desperate housewives" is the best hour long? oh, and those would be the best live action shows because we're not even getting into "the simpsons" and "family guy"

and anyone who doesn't find "arrested development" funny is too normal for me
