Nature vs. Nurture? or Neutrogena vs. Nutrigrain?

I had this conversation at lunch - personally, I believe that it's a balance of both.

"What about when you throw free will in there?" asks IT boy.

"Free will enables me to make all the poor decisions that I do," I answer proudly.
