I. Have. Arrived. (pictures of the roadtrip to come soon)

And I have (incredibly slow) DSL

And the house issues haven't been completely resolved, but the people in Phoenix finally signed the papers on our old house, and my new best friend, Trey, the Savannah realtor was charming enough to talk the owners of this house into letting us move in a smidge early

And we have no furniture.

And sleeping on a bed of nails would probably been more comfortable than the air mattress we slept on last night.

And we've got until sometime next week before we have furniture

And our neighborhood is adorable, very "Leave it to Beaver"*

And Savannah is lovely and very green

And the future, whilest 20 degrees cooler than the past, does not have any hover cars or robot maids - dammit


* Not that much, but I find that you can never use the word "Beaver" too much
