Why is it so hard to come back to work after 4 days off?

It isn't like I didn't know I would have to come back.

And it isn't like I was so completely busy those 4 days that I needed more time... I actually accomplished 3 things this weekend -

1) I made the entire Thanksgiving dinner from scratch (including gravy, stuffing and cranberry sauce), I didn't use anything frozen or premade - go, me!*

2) I didn't go shopping on Friday - Seriously, in spite of how good the sales were supposed to be, there's nothing that makes up for the fact that normally mild mannered people turn into blood thirsty savages over the prospect of a parking space near the door. Oh, and getting up early enough to get to the stores that open at 5AM is so completely unrealistic in my world - I don't think that there's anything that I need so badly that I need to buy it at 5AM

3) I met Beans and her charming daughter and wandered the streets of Savannah with them for a while**

In other news, my boobs look really big today, I think it's the shirt (a sheer, stretchy pink flowered shirt) and my new cat is weird - and some pics to prove it (sorry, no boob pics, I don't have my camera on me)

1) Yes, my stove is dirty, but I had just finished cooking dinner (and I'm an extremely messy cook)
2) I swear, we had chicken for dinner, not cat

* Hope I don't throw out my arm patting myself on the back like that

** which brings the total number of bloggers I've met to 5 including - Angie, Trish and Jen... and my sister, but I knew her before the whole blog thing, but her birthday's coming up this Friday, so I wanted to mention that y'all only have 4 shopping days left for that
