it's like a clearance sale on useless information
- I like cilantro, a lot, Like, so much that I would wear a sprig of it behind my ear if I thought it wouldn't wilt.
- I bought some red eyeshadow today. While it looked cool for the derby photo shoot thing we did instead of practice today, now, a couple of hours later, it just looks unhealthy, like infected or something.
- Watching "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" makes me want to move somewhere cold and dye my hair blue. It also makes me forget how much I dislike Kirsten Dunst and Mark Ruffalo.
- The only way to get a song that is stuck in your head out of your head is to purchase the cd. I have proven that fact this week with my purchase of a K's Choice cd from eBay (for a penny, thankyouverymuch) in order to eradicate "Not an Addict" from my cranium.
- I use my turn signals religiously. It doesn't matter if I'm on a deserted road late at night, I'll still signal to change lanes. It bothers me that most people in this city.
- Our practices are held in a fairly rough part of the city, one of those areas with blocks and blocks of seedy-one-story-rent-by-the-hour-or-the-week motels. Today on the way to practice, I noticed a jacuzzi tub shell sitting on the front lawn of one of these motels with a "FOR SALE" sign taped to it. Wow, a used dive motel bathtub? There is not enough disinfectant in the universe.
