GTFO (of my kitchen)

when I'm in the middle of making dinner, my husband wanders into the kitchen, scrounging for food. He opens up the refrigerator and starts making really obvious sniffing noises.

After a minute or so, I can't stand the sound anymore. "What?"

"Something smells."

"I'm making Swiss Steak* for dinner."

"No..."

"I just opened up some mozzarella cheese...?"

"No..."

"What does it smell like?"

"It smells like goat crap."

"Hmmm... oh, now I remember, I have a carton of goat shit in the back, it might be past the expiration date..."



* I like to do theme weeks for dinners - this week is "Popular 70s Food" - stuff like tuna casserole and Salisbury Steak. Next week is "Soups"
