links, they're not just for sausage anymore

i've already opened up about my challenges with cnn, but i'm proud to say that i'm doing well with cnn.com and i'd like to share a couple things with you - because i'm here to help, and i care about you being informed

1) (grilled) cheesus walks - i'm not going to say it's persecution, but my vote for best ebay listing (with the worst grammar) has been pulled from the site and tossed to the proverbial lions -(cnn story) muchas gracis to tim for informing me of this travesty

2) everybody wants some... (or not) - cnn story today about david lee roth training to be an EMT - first of all, in the interview he says that he doesn't want publicity (read that sentence again, with special emphasis on the words "in the interview" - go ahead, read it again, i'll wait - i guess he must have gone to the paris hilton school of not wanting publicity) second of all, he was quoted as saying "I have been on over 200 individual rides now. Not once has anyone recognized me..." - (note to diamond dave - no one recognizes you because you're old and bloated, oh, and it's not 1984 anymore)

and in case this doesn't set a personal record for most links in one posting, check out these cool new blogs - and by "new", i mean people previously outside of our incestuous little cult of bloggers - amy, don, kayde, jennifer, tricia, martin , and paul (okay, martin and kayde were already in the incestuous little circle, but i didn't want them to not feel the love)

  • I want to say that when Cate said "incestuous little circle", she was not referring to my sister Kayde and I, because we only did that once and it was for 10 whole dollars.
