Sign o' the times... uh, I mean, sign in the park

It says - "NO FISHING AFTER DARK. NO SWIMMING AT ALL TIMES"

So, if you were just going to swim some of the time, that would be fine, as long as you're not swimming at ALL times. It must have something to do with the fact that you'd get REALLY tired if you were swimming at all times. You'd need to stop for lunch or to poop or something.
