I have a feeling that the people who posted apocalypse confessions and the like with captions about "if this is my last night on earth" are the same people who forward chain emails "just in case", Facebook-like-within-five-seconds pictures of kittens or cancer kids "to show that [they] care", and put gas-station-purchased magnetic bumper stickers on the backs of their cars to show their support for a cause.
