And another thing...

the reason the temperature in my office has been hovering at close to 61 degrees for over a week is because the heater was turned OFF and was set to COOL.

Wow. It took a service professional showing up for our quarterly service call... to tell us that. Ah...it's up to 65 now...maybe I can take off my mittens.
