physical therapist: Ideally, what would you like to get out of this therapy

me: Ideally? Well, in a perfect world, I guess I'd come out with the ability to walk through walls or fly

physical therapist: ... okay, realistically, what would you like to get out of this therapy?

me: oh, realistically, I'd like to regain the feeling in my toes and get my ankle stronger
