Pro-tip
If you're cooking with dairy products, it's important to:1) pay attention to the expiration dates
and
2) know what month it is when checking the expiration dates (ie: the milk dated May 26th is not as okay now as it would be if it were still May)

I was making lattes for my friends the other day. The milk smelled fine even though it was past due. But the steamer? Curdled it up into big clumpy clumps. While I could have probably hidden the clumps under some foam, I'm pretty sure no one wants a chewy latte.
